Furniture showroom operations

Visitors move from one room setting to the next.
See where visitors need support.

People browse room displays, compare settings, inspect material samples and move toward design consultation or order service before any purchase is recorded. AnyVidi shows where they go, where they wait and whether the right showroom team is nearby.

A real furniture showroom with living, dining and bedroom displays, consultation areas and open walkways.

WHAT ANYVIDI UNDERSTANDS

See the full showroom visit.

See how visitors move between room displays, material samples, design consultation and order service, where they wait and which showroom teams are nearby.

Across the visit

Movement & journeys

Follow current and completed visits through room displays, sample areas, design consultation and order service, including stops and returns during the same visit.

A starting point, a route that changes direction, and a stop.

Beyond the headcount

People, roles & context

See visitors, groups and showroom teams together without identifying people or scoring individual employees.

Two visitors together, a team member, and the spatial relationship between them.

At a place and time

Events & touchpoints

See when visitors arrive, stop at a room display, use a sample area, begin waiting or meet the team.

An event at a known point, with a small time cue.

Around physical assets

Space & asset use

See how room displays, sample tables, consultation desks, waiting areas and order-service points are used.

A physical asset within an area, with use highlighted beside it.

Review completed visits, see where support is needed now and compare what happened after one planned showroom change.

REVIEW

Understand what happened across your space.

The visitor moved from the entrance through several room displays.

Follow the completed route through the living area, featured room, bedroom area and storage displays. The route shows where the visitor went, not what they intended to buy.

LIVE

See what needs attention now, while your team still has time to act.

Most activity is around the sofa displays, featured room and consultation area.

See where visitors are moving and which areas are in use before deciding where attention is needed.

IMPROVE

Compare what changed after a manager-selected change.

The featured sofa moved within the same room environment.

Compare its earlier and later positions with the later route through the featured room. The comparison does not prove that the move caused the route.

Understand the showroom.
Not the person.

Camera images are processed on site by default. Only anonymous movement and events may be sent for reporting. We check whether existing cameras adequately cover customer-facing room displays, sample areas, consultation waiting areas and order-service points.

AnyVidi does not use face recognition, biometric identity or personal profiles, and does not score employees or infer purchase intent. Product choice, quotes, orders, purchases and delivery outcomes require separately authorized business records.

Our privacy approach

Spatial Audit

Start with the showroom question that matters most.

A Spatial Audit checks whether your existing cameras can reliably cover room settings, sample areas, consultation waiting and order-service points. Together, we choose the first showroom question, the areas to measure and when the team may need an alert.

If the answer needs product, appointment, quote, order, purchase or delivery records, we assess access separately. The camera plan remains useful without them.
