How AnyVidi handles information

This policy covers the public AnyVidi website and explains the separate privacy boundary for AnyVidi products used at customer sites.

Who this policy covers

AnyVidi operates this website. You can send privacy questions or requests to info@anyvidi.com or call +90 552 538 21 02.

This policy applies to people who browse the website, contact us, or submit a Spatial Audit request. Customer deployments are governed by the relevant customer agreement and deployment design.

Information handled through the website

When you submit a Spatial Audit request, the website receives the details you enter: your name, work email, company, industry, number of locations, primary priority, any secondary priorities, an optional message, your consent confirmation, and the site language. The submission time is added when the request reaches the server.

If you contact us by email or telephone, we receive the contact details and message information you choose to provide.

Like any website, your browser sends the information needed to request a page, such as an IP address, requested address, browser information, and time of request. The AnyVidi application does not add analytics or behavioural tracking to those requests.

Browser storage and cookies

The website does not set cookies. It does not use local storage or session storage to remember language, notice choices, or similar preferences. Language is chosen in the URL (/en or /tr).

The website currently uses no advertising, analytics, marketing, or session-recording technology. The Cookie Policy describes this cookie-free model.

Why website information is used

We use contact-request information to deliver the request, understand the operational question you have selected, respond to you, and maintain the resulting business correspondence. The site language follows the URL you open (/en or /tr).

How contact requests are delivered

Spatial Audit requests are validated on the website server and delivered to AnyVidi's business inbox. Delivery may use an email-delivery service or another business delivery system configured by AnyVidi. Provider credentials are kept on the server and are not sent to your browser.

The website does not automatically add a form submission to an advertising audience. Any follow-up starts from the request you chose to send.

Customer-site product data is separate

In supported deployments, suitable camera images are processed on an AnyVidi Edge PC or equivalent customer-site infrastructure. Continuous raw video is not uploaded to a cloud video archive for standard inference. Anonymous operational metadata may be synchronised for reporting where the deployment is configured to do so.

AnyVidi does not require facial recognition, biometric identity, persistent visitor identity, employee scoring, or inferred purchase intent. Business-system records, when separately authorised and connected, remain distinct from camera evidence.

Access roles, retention periods, authorised integrations, data locations, and controller or processor responsibilities are defined for the actual customer deployment. This website policy does not replace those terms.

Service providers and processing locations

Website hosting and contact-request delivery may involve the service providers configured for the live website. Their processing locations depend on the active hosting and delivery setup. AnyVidi does not use the public website to sell personal information or to run third-party advertising trackers.

Where information is processed outside the country from which it was submitted, the applicable transfer requirements must be addressed for the active provider and route.

How long information is kept

Browser preferences remain in your browser until you clear them. Contact-request information is kept for as long as needed to answer and manage the request and any resulting business correspondence, subject to the requirements that apply to the live delivery systems and the relationship. This policy does not state a fixed period that is not established for the current setup.

Security approach

Form input is validated before delivery, and delivery credentials remain on the server. Access to contact requests should be limited to the people and providers needed to handle them. No transmission or storage method can eliminate every risk.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may ask whether information about you is processed, request access or further information, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, request deletion or restriction where available, object to certain processing, or raise a concern with the relevant authority.

To make a request, email info@anyvidi.com and describe the request clearly. We may need enough information to confirm that the request concerns you. You can also clear the website's local storage in your browser at any time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website, its providers, or applicable requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest published version.
