Physical Operations Intelligence Platform

Turn what your cameras see into a shared view of how your space operates.

AnyVidi works with suitable CCTV and IP cameras already in place. In controlled pilots, supported views are aligned in one shared 3D reference. Managers can then see movement, journeys, waiting, interactions and operating conditions in the context of the same space.

Review what happened, see what is happening now and compare what you observed before and after one manager-selected change. The manager decides what to change. AnyVidi does not predict results or optimize the operation automatically.

Existing camera infrastructure

Use suitable cameras you already have.

The operating question determines which views are suitable.

A Spatial Audit checks whether the angle, image quality, stability, lighting, obstructions, overlap and coverage can answer the operating question. Not every camera or view can support every measurement.

AnyVidi aligns supported camera views in one shared spatial reference and validates the result with you. Suitable existing views stay in use. We consider repositioning or targeted additions only when the audit confirms a real gap.

The core setup does not require LiDAR or a dedicated depth sensor. Depth-aware computer vision relates suitable 2D camera observations to the shared 3D reference. This provides spatial context for operations, not survey-grade measurement.

A blind area is never shown as live observation.

Processing and privacy

Keep camera images on site.

In supported pilot deployments, camera images are processed on the AnyVidi Edge PC at the customer site. Continuous raw video is not sent to the cloud for standard inference.

AnyVidi does not need face recognition, biometric identity or persistent personal profiles. It does not score employees. Anonymous operational data and approved integration traffic are synchronized only when the configured service needs them.

In supported deployments, temporary anonymous operational data and identifiers are automatically deleted at the configured end of day.

On-site processingCamera streams are processed on the Edge PC at the customer site. Anonymous events, metrics and approved integration outputs may synchronize when needed. Movement and journey continuity do not require a face, biometric identity or persistent profile.

Living Operational Twin

See the operation in its physical context.

The Living Operational Twin brings supported camera evidence into one shared view of the site. It is not a decorative 3D model, a video archive or a claim that uncovered areas are live.

Footfall is the starting point. Within approved coverage, managers can see movement, completed journeys, dwell, waiting, queues, zones, physical interactions, use of spaces or assets and nearby team coverage.

Because the evidence stays tied to the same place, managers can see how one condition relates to another instead of reading isolated metrics.

REVIEW · LIVE · IMPROVE

Look back. See now. Compare what changed.

REVIEW lets you revisit completed periods in the same spatial view, including routes, journeys, dwell, waiting and nearby team coverage.

LIVE shows current movement, queues, congestion, waiting, area pressure and nearby team coverage. When configured for the pilot, a condition can trigger a live alert. Not every observation becomes an alert automatically.

IMPROVE compares what was observed before one manager-selected change with what was observed later. AnyVidi does not predict the result, apply the change or prove that it caused a business outcome.

Two evidence sources

Camera evidence and business records

Keep spatial evidence and business records separate.

Camera views can show supported movement, routes, dwell, waiting, queues, use of areas or assets, physical interactions, nearby team coverage and configured operating conditions.

Recorded facts such as a sale, purchase, transaction, basket, SKU, inventory status, appointment, completed test drive or service outcome must come from an authorized business system. The two sources may be reviewed together only when access is approved and the required connection has been implemented.

CRM, DMS, POS, inventory, appointment and service records can add context only when access is authorized and the required connection has been implemented.

Cameras show what happened in the space. They do not reveal motive or intent, and they do not prove a transaction, service outcome or business result.

Reviewed togetherWhat cameras observed in supported covered areas. Recorded transaction, inventory, appointment or service facts when access is approved. Compare both sources without treating business records as camera observations.

Spatial Audit

Start with the operating question. We check whether the existing cameras can answer it reliably.

A Spatial Audit compares the existing camera coverage with the areas, events and operating questions that matter. It identifies suitable views, reliable coverage, blind spots and confirmed gaps.

Together, we define the first measurable question, what the camera evidence can and cannot establish, on-site processing needs, privacy controls and any separately authorized business context. The audit does not certify every camera or guarantee that every area is measurable.

Platform FAQ

Clarify what the pilot covers, what the cameras can establish and how the technology works.

The Spatial Audit confirms which question each view can answer reliably.

Cameras and 3D context

Can we use our existing cameras, and will every installation work?

Suitable existing CCTV and IP-camera views can often remain in use. Suitability depends on the operating question, angle, stability, image quality, lighting, obstructions, overlap, coverage, frame rate, compression and usable scene depth.

Not every camera or view supports every measurement. A Spatial Audit confirms what can be used and where a real gap remains.

How is the shared spatial reference created?

AnyVidi relates suitable camera views to the mapped physical site and validates their position, overlap and coverage. Compatible cameras can be positioned automatically, while AnyVidi continues to lead the audit and validation.

The result is one operating view of the same place rather than a set of disconnected camera feeds.

Can several cameras contribute to the same spatial view?

Yes, when the views are suitable and their relationship can be validated. Supported views are placed in the same physical reference so managers can understand connected areas without treating each feed as a separate world.

Does AnyVidi require LiDAR or dedicated depth sensors?

No. The core setup uses depth-aware computer vision to relate suitable 2D camera observations to the shared 3D reference. It does not require LiDAR or a dedicated depth sensor.

This is spatial operating context, not a claim of LiDAR-equivalent, survey-grade or centimetre accuracy.

Can AnyVidi estimate distance, height or physical dimensions?

Distance and proximity may be used when geometry, calibration and visibility are suitable. Controlled pilots may also provide anonymous aggregate estimates of height and general physical dimensions when the view, privacy boundaries and acceptance criteria are defined.

This does not mean exact individual body measurement or automatic clothing-size selection.

What happens in areas the cameras do not cover?

The mapped site may include the full physical space, but live observation stops where suitable camera coverage stops. AnyVidi does not invent movement inside blind or uncovered areas.

If the operating question depends on a confirmed gap, the audit may recommend repositioning a camera or adding targeted coverage.

Data and privacy

Where are camera images processed, and is raw video sent to the cloud?

In supported pilot configurations, camera images used for inference are processed on an AnyVidi Edge PC or equivalent customer-site infrastructure. Continuous raw video is not uploaded to the cloud for standard inference.

The approved deployment defines any customer-side video handling separately.

What data may leave the site?

Anonymous operational metadata may be synchronized when the agreed service requires it. Required KPIs, service status, control and synchronization data, together with approved integration outputs, may also use the network connection.

AnyVidi avoids continuous raw-video transport. This is a low-WAN approach, not a zero-bandwidth promise.

Does AnyVidi identify visitors or use facial recognition?

No. AnyVidi does not require facial recognition, biometric identity or a persistent profile across visits. Temporary, non-identifying journey continuity may be used only within an approved mapped area and time window.

The purpose is to understand the operation, not to identify a person.

What data is retained?

The agreed purpose defines who can access the data and how long it is kept. In supported deployments, temporary anonymous operating data and identifiers are deleted automatically at the configured end-of-day boundary.

This statement does not create a universal retention rule for customer-owned video or separately connected business records.

Measurement and action

What can AnyVidi measure in a physical space?

Where approved camera coverage supports the question, AnyVidi may measure entries, exits, footfall, occupancy, density, dwell, waiting, queues, mapped movement, anonymous journeys, transitions, physical interactions, area or asset use and nearby team coverage.

The Spatial Audit selects only the measurements the operating question needs and the camera views can support.

What does REVIEW show?

REVIEW lets managers look back at completed operating periods in the same spatial context. It can show supported routes, journeys, dwell, waiting, queues, area use and coverage relationships after the period has ended.

What does LIVE show?

LIVE shows current supported conditions such as movement, waiting, queues, congestion, pressure on an area and nearby team coverage. A configured condition may produce a live operational alert in supported pilot deployments.

Not every observation automatically becomes an alert.

What does IMPROVE mean?

IMPROVE compares the evidence before one manager-selected change with a later observation. The manager chooses the change and decides how to respond to the comparison.

AnyVidi does not predict the result, apply the change automatically or prove that the change caused a business outcome.

Can managers configure alerts or operating conditions?

AnyVidi configures conditions and alert rules with the customer for the approved pilot scope. In supported deployments, a live operational alert may be sent to the available team responsible for that area.

A team member may choose to accept the alert and take responsibility for it. This is not automatic individual assignment, an SLA or employee scoring.

Does AnyVidi take action without a manager?

No. AnyVidi can surface supported conditions, alerts and suggestions for manager review. It is not presented as autonomously directing employees, applying layout changes or replacing management judgment.

Chain and rollout

Can we compare locations, regions or time periods?

Configured pilot locations, regions and equivalent time periods may be compared under the same customer-approved definitions. The comparison may use supported evidence about journeys, waiting, service pressure and nearby team coverage.

It is not an individual employee ranking. Sales, revenue or service-outcome comparisons require the relevant authorized business records.

Does each location use its own operating baseline?

In supported pilot deployments, anonymous operational data may be used to update each location's configured baseline. This lets the site be assessed in the context of its own recurring conditions rather than treating every location as identical.

The system may surface location-specific conditions or suggestions for manager review. It does not apply changes automatically or combine separate customer locations into one shared baseline.

Can AnyVidi connect to CRM, DMS, POS or other business systems?

CRM, DMS, POS, inventory, appointment and service systems may add separately authorized context when the use case needs it. The required connection must be scoped, approved and implemented for that deployment.

AnyVidi does not imply that every named connector is already available or deployed.

How long does deployment take, and how are updates handled?

Timing depends on site size, camera count, network readiness, Edge infrastructure, coverage gaps and required integrations. The Spatial Audit defines that scope before a realistic plan is agreed.

Software and model update handling is defined in the approved maintenance and access process for each deployment. AnyVidi does not publish one universal update schedule for every site.
